Within 7 days of paying, email refund@qallam.ai and we refund every rupee, no questions asked. We reply within 24 hours. There is no cancel maze. The free videos stay yours.

1. Summary

Qallam offers a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on every paid plan (NUST NET, LUMS LCAT, and any future paid course or test). Within 7 calendar days of your purchase you can ask us to refund the full amount and we will, no follow-up forms, no friction. The guarantee is meant to remove buyer’s risk so you can try Qallam with zero downside.

2. What We Promise

  • A full refund of the amount paid for the plan, sent to your original payment method.
  • A reply to your refund request within 24 hours, on a working day.
  • No “cancel maze” — one email is enough. You will not be asked to fill long forms or speak to a sales agent.
  • Your free video access continues even after a refund.

3. Eligibility

One condition only: the refund request must reach us within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date. There is no minimum activity requirement, no mock-score test, no usage threshold. Within the 7-day window the refund is no-questions-asked.

4. How to Claim a Refund

Send a single email to refund@qallam.ai with:

  • The full name on your Qallam account.
  • The email address you signed up with.
  • The course / plan you purchased (e.g. NUST NET, LUMS LCAT).
  • The approximate date of purchase.
  • One sentence on what didn’t work for you (optional but helpful).

You do not need to attach screenshots. Our team can pull your activity from the platform directly — see the next section.

5. Verification & Account Review

When you claim a refund we open your account and verify only:

  • That the account belongs to the person making the request (matching name and email).
  • That the request is within 7 calendar days of purchase.

That is the entire check. No mock-score review, no activity audit. If anything is unclear we will reply within 24 hours and ask one short clarifying question. We do not stall or gate-keep.

6. What Happens After You Claim

  • If your request is within the 7-day window we approve the refund the same working day.
  • The refund is sent to your original payment method (SafePay / debit card / bank transfer). It usually clears in 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
  • Your paid features (mocks, mastery engine, AI recommendations) are revoked once the refund is processed.
  • Your free video access remains intact — you can keep watching and you keep your account.
  • If the request is past 7 days, we will explain why and offer alternatives such as rolling your plan to the next exam cycle.

7. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
  • Accounts found to have shared their login, attempted to use multiple accounts to extend free credits, scraped the question bank, or otherwise breached our Terms & Conditions.
  • One-off add-ons priced under PKR 1,000 (e.g. extra mock packs purchased separately) are not refundable individually but are covered by the main plan’s guarantee while it is active.
  • Group / school plans where 50% or more of the seats have been used. In that case we offer a partial refund based on remaining seats and the rest of the policy applies per seat.

8. Free Videos Stay Yours

Every video lesson on Qallam is free, forever, regardless of whether you ever pay or claim a refund. A refund only revokes the paid features (mocks, mastery engine, AI recommendations, weak-spot drills). You can come back any time and resume the free videos with the same account.

9. Fraud & Abuse

The 7-day guarantee exists so students can try Qallam with zero risk. It is not a free trial of paid features. If we detect any of the following, the request will be denied and the account may be suspended:

  • Multiple accounts created with similar emails or phone numbers to repeatedly claim refunds.
  • Sharing of full-length mock content, the question bank, or video lessons outside the platform.
  • Chargebacks initiated through the bank without first emailing us. We always respond within 24 hours, so a chargeback before contact suggests bad faith.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The version that applies to your refund is the version published on the day of your original purchase, not the day you claim the refund. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your account.
